We have known and used Mike for about 5 years, since he made structural repairs and painted our former house when we were preparing it for sale.  Since then, he has completed several projects at our current house, mostly painting but also some plumbing and electrical work.  He does everything, including moving all the furniture and returning it to its original place.  He is totally trustworthy and we just give him a house key so he can come and go as needed.  He has a number of Kentlands clients
